Payments made outside the company’s designated accounts shall not be recognised.

A refund may be made; however, it shall be made in full less 40% administrative charges from the price of the land.

A maximum period of 3 months shall be allowed for processing such refund.

NB: Refund will only be made after the said plot(s) has been resold.

  • Default in payment within two months gives Elitewise Homes Limited the right to renegotiate or revoke the unit.
  • In the event of revocation, refunds shall only be made after funds are received from a third-party purchaser.
  • Default before 50% payment attracts a 5% interest fee on the outstanding amount.
  • Two consecutive defaults shall lead to termination of subscription.
  • A plot is guaranteed only after 100% payment.

Price Review: Prices are subject to change as infrastructure development progresses.

Service Charges: Applicable service charges shall be determined by Elitewise Homes Limited at a later date.

Sales terms and conditions are subject to review by the vendor without prior notice.

Completion of this form does not constitute a guarantee of unit allocation unless financial commitment is made.

The purchaser confirms that all information provided is true and agrees to be bound by these terms.
